여러 공고를 접해보고 확인할 수 있는 본질은 트레이딩 시스템, 즉 매칭엔진에 대한 이해도를 보유하고 있냐 없느냐인 것 같은데 그래서 구글에 "UBS electronic trading matching engine"을 검색하니 여러개 유용한 자료들이 나왔습니다. 2009년에 UBS 주식 부문에서 발간한 자료네요. 시간이 흘렀으나 기본적인 개념들만 정리되어 있어 일독하기 좋은 것 같습니다.

작성자는 일본 도쿄에서 무려 26년간 UBS에 종사하고 계시네요. FIX 메시지에 대한 간단한 예시를 공유하셨고, 해당 메시지의 범용성으로 인해 주식, FICC에서 모두 통용된다는 점을 강조한 글.

 

 

그리고 위 UBS 채용 공고에 나와 있는 스마트오더라우팅에 대한 설명.
"Smart Order Routing is an algorithmic model for managing multiple liquidity sources"

여러 셀사이드 기관들이 공급해놓은 호가들 하나로 묶어서 바이사이드에 보여주는 기술이네요.

UBS 홈페이지에는 사업 부문 소개로 Electronic Trading 페이지가 있습니다. 

외환, 채권(국고채, 회사채), 선물, 주식 부문으로 나눠서 "Algo offering"으로 알고리즘을 상품으로 내놓은 것이고, 예를 들면 VWAP, TWAP 전략 같은 것들로 어떻게 고객의 주문을 더 효율적으로 처리해준다는 내용이네요. 

"A global electronic sales and relationship management team with deep detailed understanding of DMA and algorithmic execution"이라는 문구에서 영업 직군에서 필요한 소양에 대한 힌트를 얻을 수 있을듯 합니다. 

 

다음은 체결 알고리즘에 대한 공개 내용에서 추가로 공부할 수 있는 내용.

외환이나 금속 결제에 사용되는 알고리즘 기반 체결. 사용자가 패러미터를 정해서 본인의 전략에 맞게 사용할 수 있음.
